ROC of Twente is an enterprising Regional Training Centre for Vocational Education and Training as well as Adult Education. ISCN is the coordinator of the EQN (European Qualification Network) and technical director of EU Certificates with the objective to define an ECQA (European Certification and Qualification Association) with a set of quality criteria and common certification rules, which is supported by training organizations from 18 European countries.

EMIRAcle stands for ‘European Manufacturing and Innovation Research Association’. It is a non-profit organization of 20 research laboratories in the extended Europe who have bundled their expertise in the manufacturing and innovation domain in order to provide it to industrialists as an international network of collaboration partners.
EMIRAcle offers to act as a partner in collaborative research and innovation projects in the form of a number of specific services and products. The EMIRAcle association has collaborations with numerous national and international partners, who have expressed their need for the proposed Lean Six Sigma Job Roles and a corresponding international training and certification scheme.
